Edgardo (Edgar) Zamora

Edgar Zamora is the founder and lead designer of the highly acclaimed Revelry Event Designers, the industry’s go to event and interior design company specializing in designing and installing private, as well as corporate events worldwide.

Famous for having an innovative and progressive design view, Edgar is a transformer of spaces.  His firm provides fabric treatments for ceilings and walls, custom-designed table linens as well as furniture installations.  The Revelry team has been working with the event industry’s most respected planners and producers for two decades; providing them complete decor packages for weddings, mitzvahs, film premieres, awards shows and private soirees.

Edgar’s experience, creativity, passion and professionalism combine to provide his clients with a truly unique design perspective on each event.  He and his team never fail to provide a unique and memorable experience through artful detail and flawless orchestration—from concept to completion.

An Avid Traveler, his personal explorations in Europe, South America and China provides a global perspective on design.  His personal design style leans toward an eclectic mix of old world and modern high style.

The son of a Spanish metal industrialist and a renowned Argentinian fashion model, his design sense is innate.  Zamora fuses the disciplines of clothing, interior and color design, with architecture and an outstanding knowledge of fabric.

His belief that interior and event design executed successfully; should either transport you to a specific location, culture, or mood, or it will, at the very least, reflect and fit within its surroundings. Edgar consistently provides seamless event design integrated, with extraordinary comfort and beauty, into his client’s private estates or luxury hotel properties.

Zamora has provided services globally to venues such as Vaux Le Vicomte (France), and Villa D’ Este (Italy) He and his team design over 400 events annually in Los Angeles County, and in prestigious venues such as the Beverly Hills Hotel, Bel Air Hotel, Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hilton, Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay, and private estates across the country.

Matias Doorn – Designer / Event Production

Matias Doorn was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he studied cinematography production at the Foundation Universidad del Cine. After graduating, he became an independent producer of videos, television shows and advertisements.

In 2000, Matias worked as the press and communications adviser to the government, and was responsible for creating a public image campaign. He also successfully supervised several TV and radio programs for a number of public organizations in South America.

Matias moved to Los Angeles in 2003 and became the Motion Picture, Art and Science attaché at the Consulate General of Argentina. Matias acted as the Executive Producer and Programmer of the Argentine New Cinema Series at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood; as well as coordinating several film premieres and cultural events.

In 2006, Matias joined Revelry Event Designers as a Project Director and has so far accomplished more than 600 events with professionalism and Latin flair.

Matias provides design and logistic event consult to many of Los Angeles top event producers; his skills as a designer are renowned and in high demand. Matias frequently works with Andre Wells, Steven Petracara Events, Exquisite Events, The Bel Air Hotel, Russell Harris Event Group, Jowy Productions and International Event Company.

His work is regularity seen in Grace Ormonde, Inside Weddings, Style Me Pretty and most recently featured on Ceci New York.


Miguel A. Farfan is an accomplished professional with years of experience. He has been an accountant at Revelry Event Designers for the past five years. Miguel is responsible for directing all internal control reviews and special projects in the financial, compliance, operational and information system areas of the company.











Romina Manillo – Designer/Event Production.

Romina brings a distinctive style and grace to the Revelry Event Design team. Her years of experience in event and interior design, coupled with her logistic and installation talents, ensure her clients a superior design product and event planning experience.

Romina’s interior design experience is invaluable when it comes to designing custom furniture pieces and environments for events. Her fashion-forward eye for design helps Revelry continue to create events that are unique and inspiring.

A leader on the Revelry Destination Wedding Team, Romina has traveled to Cannes, France, Turks & Caicos, and Anguilla. Her event design and production experience allows her to effortlessly produce her designs with the assistance of local talent. Her work is frequently seen in Inside Weddings, Junebug Weddings, and Style Me Pretty.

Ashley Coleman – Designer/Event Production

Ashley brings a wealth of experience and talent to the Revelry Event Design team. Previously with ACM her experience with full event production, event logistics and installation management allow her to seamlessly integrate the Revelry Team into large scale event productions.

Her ability to follow a project from concept to completion has quickly made her an invaluable asset to all of the projects she works on at Revelry. Fully versed in CAD, Vectorworks, Lighting & Rental Installations and Event Design, Ashley manages many of the destination projects and multiple-day installations alongside Edgar Zamora.

A Revelry Destination Wedding expert, Ashley has orchestrated memorable occasions internationally. She provides support to her planners with shipping, packaging and local resource solutions nationally and internationally.

Walter Calderon – Operations Manager

Walter Calderon joined Revelry Event Designers in 2011. He brings vast years of experience in the special events industry. Having worked for renowned local and national companies he has adapted a logistical and hands-on approach to event production & design. Meeting and exceeding production timelines while providing high quality design in any event is the driving force behind his accomplishments. Walter’s deep understanding in production, creativity, design, & logistics make him the go-to person within the company to “make things happen”.  “It’s been a joy to apply my logistical attributes and diverse background to the production of various events.”

He is an experienced leader with a track record of consistently achieving performance objectives in diverse team environments. Walters has a proven ability to develop, manage & achieve production timelines. He possesses in-depth capabilities in operations management, customer service, event production, event management and sales. Skilled at utilizing industry knowledge and experience to generate incremental revenue, improved operations, obtain best outcomes maximizing common practices. Ability to successfully organize and direct projects impacting multiple areas of the organization.
