We’re showcasing the awe-inspiring design created together by Shawna Yamamoto and Sterling Engagements named “Intertwined Illusion” which was presented for Luxe Launch hosted by LUXE Linen and Rayce PR at Vibiana.

Alex from Sterling Engagements was inspired by the Broad museum and Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Room exhibit. Kusama has an art exhibit where people walk in and they add to her art and Alex wanted to create something similar where guests get to be a part of the design. Together, Shawna and Alex invited people to come and write a little message of intention on the little leaves of their handmade tree backdrop. By the end of the night, guest were welcome to come back to see how it came together.

Along with the stunning backdrop, the design itself featured our Deco Dining Chairs paired with the Serpentine Dining Table. The different shapes and angle of each piece of furniture intertwined with the complexity of the design where pops of colors was shown throughout the table.

ROQUE Events and The Empty Vase partnered to create the design direction which together they named “Molokini with Me”. This tablescape was designed for Luxe Launch hosted by LUXE Linen and Rayce PR at Vibiana. The creative team wanted to incorporated a tropical look and feel to go with the gold, silver, and chartreuse linen. Together they created a large lilac and greenery wall and a life size tree to really implement the island vibe. Vibiana‘s high ceiling and white walls made it the perfect canvas for this team’s imagination and talents to be showcased.

The color palette of greens and whites made details of brass flatware and pineapple details pop. While inspired by the island, this design had pieces from Florida to New Zealand. To complete the look, they brought in our Madrid Side Table and Barcelona Garden Dining Chairs in both variations, fun signage from Laura Lambrix Designs, and detailed tabletop by Dish Wish Events.

We’re showcasing the stunning tablescape created together by Nicole Alexandra Designs and Emblem Flowers named “Ethereal Exousia” which was designed for Luxe Launch hosted by LUXE Linen and Rayce PR at Vibiana. The original inspiration was the Greek Islands with golden apricot tones and ocean blues. The design evolved as the two were also inspired by Monet’s water color paintings. In the end, the design was a beautiful blend of the two.

Because of their simple and neutral linen, the team was able to be bold and fun with the rest of the color palette and use various textures to elevate the concept. The design featured our Miami Dining Chairs, spring blossoming branches on the green hedges,  hanging greenery orbs and the water color individual cakes.

We were honored to be a part of a surprise birthday party over at Montage Beverly Hills. The birthday space was exquisitely designed with intricate details in the birthday girl’s favorite color, pink. We provided the rentals and decor that was completed with champagne linens and chair covers by Wildflower Linens. Centerpieces by Mark’s Garden were luscious with lavender phalaenopsis orchids, peonies, or roses in shades of pink housed in a bold golden vase.

Table tops featured Casa De Perrin’s white and gold rimmed scallop charger plates, pink glassware and gold flatware for the the table setting and then was finished off with a party favor for each guest. Guest were able to take home cake pops and individual bud vases of tea roses. Lastly even the cake incorporated the party’s colors completed with gold and cream colored bubbles, pink and cream colored edible roses.

Following an intimate ceremony at Hotel Bel Air’s swan lake, the reception moved into the Garden Ballroom, where guests were greeted with a gorgeous display of elegance and romance in whites and mixed metallics florals.

We treated the bride and groom with our special gold chandelier table and had Mark’s Garden fill it with ivory rose petals. Their sweetheart chairs were our Washington Chair adorned with bouquet matching the centerpieces. The rest of the guests sat at mirror top tables with floral set in the center of each featuring lush ivory roses, hydrangeas and phalaenopsis orchids with a touch of greenery.

The gorgeous wedding cake created by Hotel Bel Air’s pastry crafted the perfect cake complete with ivory and touches of peach sugar flowers which guests adored. Dana Bronson Band kept guests entertained for the rest of the night.

We’re excited to showcase our latest collaboration work from LUXE Launch 2017. This tablescape was designed by Samantha of Details Details and Butterfly Floral and Event Design and hosted by LUXE Linen and Rayce PR at Vibiana. The creative team named it as “Refined Dream” as they were inspired to emphasize the crisp white linen and geometric shapes that they loved. They picked a color palette in varying shades of whites and greens with marble and crystal details to complete the look.

The custom white seamless panels adorned with an abundance of white phalaenopsis orchids complimented our Buenos Aires Barstool in chrome perfectly. The team also placed candles on our Florence Barback with Floating Shelves to serve as a backdrop. The versatility and the many directions designers can take with the items made a beautiful blend of sleek, modern and slightly futuristic design. As incredibly gorgeous and powerful as Vibiana is as a venue, the team wanted to create something to compliment and tie it all together.

The Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California is a prime venue for impressive events such as the Academy Awards, music concerts, and live theatre performances which made it the perfect location for an incredibly opulent wedding there this summer for hundreds of guests.

Guests enjoyed a dramatic entrance with a red carpet that was lined on both sides with boxed greenery and floral arches by Mark’s Garden dispersed throughout the walkway. This luxurious occasion called for dramatic touches such as custom draping on the iconic Dolby Theatre archway at the entrance.

Once inside, twenty violin players flanked both sides of the candlelit staircase that was adorned in gorgeous white blooms. The staircase would lead to a circular room where additional red carpeting, creamy florals, and tall white drapery provided a dramatic effect.

The room that followed was a stark contrast as rich black carpeting and black drapery filled the space. A luxurious Los Angeles wedding would not be complete without a few key-Hollywood features so gold stars emblazoned with the bride and groom’s names  and their guests were the perfect addition to the design.

We are excited to see the Luxe Launch 2017 design, “SOMETHING BLUE… Taking Romance to Infinity” by Crown Weddings and Jennifer Cole Florals featured on Novelty Bride Magazine!

Gold details were incorporated into the table elements and truly complimented the unique color palette of greys, silvers, pinks and white. Accents of the effortless design were accentuated in the dim, candlelit atmosphere. Place settings were created specifically with each guest in mind and were personalized with each of their names. Fresh roses were credited with encompassing the essence of a magical evening.

Take an inside look of the design from this interview with Jennifer Cole Florals:

1) What was your inspiration behind your design?

JC: I wanted to do something different, and give the effect of the floral spilling from the chandelier onto the tabletop and onto the floor, with the cream and golden yellow of the floral, representing light.

2) Can you tell us about your design collaboration and process with your team?

JC: This collaboration with Luxe and the rental and glassware/ china company was such a pleasure. We had such freedom to choose whatever rental items we wanted! So fun! Crown weddings helped pull it all together!

3) What was the most unexpected element that you added?

JC: We added the amber chairs, because they were clear but still had the element of warmth and light…to go with our concept.

4) What is your favorite part of the tabletop?

JC: The flowers spilling from the floral tower onto the floor, and yellow. No one uses yellow. A Highly underrated color!

5) Is it exactly what you envisioned out to begin with?

JC: Design always changes a bit, that’s the freedom of not having a client to answer to. the strung orchids on the ceiling were a last minute change because you couldn’t see them from the backdrop…

6) How did being given a linen impact your process?

JC: The linen is fun to try to design around, and a challenge as well. It makes you think.

7) What is the reaction to the new LUXE Linen line?

JC: Gorgeous as always!!!

8) How did Vibiana as a space impact your design?

JC: Those ceilings and the lighting there were a huge bonus! You have to be dramatic in that space, or you would just be lost!

Celio and Edgar’s rehearsal dinner design combined modern art with timeless white glamour. Guests experienced black splattered paint combined with a glamorous black and white design to create an unforgettable event. White chandeliers decorated the ceiling while tabletop arrangements of white roses and calla lilies detailed the tables. The detail of fresh flowers was the perfect accent for the already elegant and modern black and white décor.

The inspiration of using black and white to combine masculinity with modern glitz was executed effortlessly by Revelry Event Designers. The extravagant difference between the paint-splattered room creation and the glamorous dining area gave another effortless aesthetic of this five-star event. The dynamic of designing with both black and white created contrasting décor that merged to exude a perfect diverse design for Celio and Edgar. The personalities of each detail complimented each other flawlessly. The entirety of the design resembled an event out of a dream. With a combination of our dining chairs complete with our serpentine table, guests were transported to another world.

Crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling of the dining area and candlelit tabletops exuded romance at the rehearsal dinner. Every detail was designed carefully and with effortless glam in mind. The accents of the celebratory evening blended together to create an enchanting and charismatic rehearsal dinner for Celio and Edgar.

Celio and Edgar celebrated their love with friends and family at their all white, chic reception. From the oversized floral arrangements to the detailed table settings, the design of this modern reception was flawless. Guests sat at large glass dining tables with tabletop arrangements of fresh white flowers, rose and peony blooms. The oversized flower arrangements were lifted to allow for conversation at the tables as petite tabletop arrangements accented the intimate, candlelit tables.

Chrome finishes completed the outdoor area design with hints of red floral arrangements with inspiration similar to the ceremony. Celio and Edgar’s reception was an effortless resemblance of a classical modern Hollywood wedding. Imagine clear crystals, classic white upholstered furniture, and a bountiful amount of fresh roses, peonies, and calla lilies, all in white. That imagery resembled the aesthetic of Celio and Edgar’s white-inspired reception ceremony. All of the white details combined to create the ultimate breathtaking, uniquely romantic event.

The design even featured “Beso” and “Amor” accent pillows, carrying the theme of love. The luxurious design by Revelry Event Designers was brilliant for this five-star event. Color was key in this reception décor, and the magical, all white color scheme decoration exuded clean perfection. Celio and Edgar’s reception design was a flawless execution of their celebration of love.
